Orlando City Soccer signs deal to move office downtown

4/16/2014 - Orlando City Soccer took a step closer to its future home field by signing a deal to move its office from Winter Park to downtown. The team, which  had a the deal in the works to sublet the 18,630-square-foot office formerly occupied by XOS Digital Inc. in the GAI Building, executed a five-year lease agreement on April 16. Dyer: Last month's NCAA games had $10M local economic impact

4/16/2014 - Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer said the NCAA’s  March Madness games in Orlando pumped $10 million into the local economy. Dyer, speaking at the Commercial Real Estate Women luncheon April 16, said the tournament also added more than 1,400 hotel room nights for the City Beautiful.
